HSS Mill Drills are made of HSS M2 steel of the best quality and worked in order to get a hardness of HRC 64/65. With them you can not only drill in the metal, but also mill without having to change the tool. So it will be possible to get when you want holes with an oval shape, slots, slits etc. If you use a suitable lubricating oil, they last very long.
